• Payment is due immediately on receipt of invoice.

Rolls Royce to Approve All Top Closing Bids/Offers Prior to Apex Auctions Final Invoicing.

Buyers will need to complete and return the Rolls Royce End Use Undertaking Forms before collecting their Lots.

Due to Rolls Royce Company Policy, ONLY Approved Removal Contractors (listed below) are Permitted to Operate on this Site.

Certain (Smaller) Items will NOT require Approved Contractor for removal providing the Buyer is able to SAFELY hand-load to transport themselves. This will be at the site manager’s discretion. See Individual Lot Detail for Clarification.

• Buyers are fully responsible for removal of items plus all shipping and rigging charges.
• Items are only available to collect once the transfered funds have cleared, and a collection appointment has been booked.
• Buyers or third party movers must present an invoice to the on-site personnel when removing their items.
• Buyers must complete the removal of items within the clearance deadline. Normal removal hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm (local time) unless otherwise stated.
